At Genetraya, we provide on-site vehicle cleaning services performed in person at our Bayswater location. This Return and Refund Policy outlines how service-related concerns are handled after a completed visit.

Our services are delivered immediately and do not involve physical products, memberships, or subscriptions. As such, standard return or refund policies designed for digital or shipped goods are not applicable.

1. Service Nature
All services offered at Genetraya are provided on the premises, using physical equipment and staff-supported procedures. Customers receive the service at the time of purchase, typically without delay. Once a wash cycle or service package is initiated and completed, the transaction is considered final.

2. No Digital or Shipped Products
We do not sell physical products, accessories, or digital goods through this website or at our location. Therefore, this policy is strictly related to service experience and does not involve return shipping, packaging, or product quality evaluation.

3. Service Completion and Timing
Once a vehicle enters the wash process and the service begins, all work is performed in real time. Completion occurs on-site, usually within a short time window. There is no post-delivery process or delayed activation of services. Customers are encouraged to remain present or return shortly after entry to retrieve their vehicle.

4. Addressing Concerns
If you believe that a service was not delivered as expected or noticed an issue immediately after completion, we encourage you to notify a staff member before leaving the premises. Our team is available to listen to concerns respectfully and determine a suitable response based on the situation.

We aim to resolve any matters directly, in person, and in a calm and practical way.

5. Refund Limitations
Due to the immediate nature of our services, refunds are not typically issued. However, if a concern is raised during the visit and verified by staff on-site, we may offer to repeat or adjust a portion of the service at no additional cost. This is handled at our discretion and based on fair consideration of each case.

Refunds are not processed for services that were completed and accepted without feedback at the time of delivery.

6. Special Cases
If external factors (such as weather changes or unrelated vehicle conditions) affect the perceived result of a service, this is not considered a fault of the wash process. We cannot guarantee how long a vehicle will remain clean after leaving the premises, as this is dependent on environment, use, and exposure.
